System Administrator Menu Settings Overview

This section describes the basic operation of the System Administrator Menu.

Step 1 Displaying the System Administrator Menu

To display the System Administrator Menu, enter the system administrator ID. The password is also

required when Password Entry Control Panel is set to On in Authentication/Security Settings.

We recommend that you change the system administrator ID and password immediately after the

machine has been installed.

For information on how to do this, refer to System Admin Settings on page 5-22.

1. Press the Log In/Out button on the control panel.

2. Enter the user ID of the system administrator, by using the numeric keypad or the keyboard

displayed on the screen, and press Confirm.

Notes

– By factory default, the system administrator ID is 11111.

– The screen may differ depending on the settings of the machine.
